First 2017 KTM EXC with the Xplor forks and Xplor PDS shock.
Quite different, yet some very familiar WP traits and components.
I could write a nerdy novel on all the changes…but why bore you with technicalities?
The simple answer is the owner is very satisfied with the results. From a soggy old weetbix to the race weapon it should be!
Was a full fork and shock revalve, with springs to match riders weight. They’re top quality aftermarket springs made in The Netherlands….home of WP.
$820 for a full set up including springs.

Funky piston ports :)
The compression side “piston” in forks is nothing more than a bleed assembly. All mid compression and rebound is on one side only.September 11, 2016 at 8:53 am #266664
Nice one man!
Are the forks a bit spongy as stock are they??

Have you any suggestions for the new AER48’s?December 7, 2016 at 8:44 pm #267178

Lol….how much time you got? They are getting great reviews stock, but with some tuning, I am getting great feedback.
I’ll get back to you with some pictures later.
Also working on getting some actual components manufactured locally for Xplor and AER48.
