Woke up this morning for a pee at 4:30, so while whistling and checking out myself in the bathroom mirror I could hear the sweet symphony of rain pinging on my tin roof.
Then I noticed I had an upset tummy and I felt queezy, had to go down to the shed and lean up against…..lean against….my bike. Feeling better but not well enough to go to work ( I hate those people that have no consideration for others by turning up to work with the flu …far kin brown nosers), not me …I wouldn’t wish this potential Ebola on anyone….best stay away from work today….isolation is the responsible thing to do…..I need a good dose of fresh air….lots of fresh air is what I need….lots of it and river beds and single trail……..I need a good old trail ride to make me feel better……it’s a miracle I am feeling better already…but not that better, going to visit my doc in the Lakes servo

Gold mate Just Gold. Wish I could, But Due to work being over 1000k’s from home. Not Happening!!! Some life choices do suck at times. Stay upright and how about a blow by blow report after your visit to the Lakes DR???March 19, 2015 at 6:52 pm #255989
Seems to be a bit of it going around Frankie……. I too woke up this morning with similar symptoms to those you have described here…. and like you, i did the responsible thing and thought it best to take the day off work ….
Now i wanted to make sure i wasn’t sick tomorrow so i made an afternoon appointment with Dr Rowe M.D, who was kind enough to give me a few hours of his time and guide me on my road to recovery….. And although i am now feeling much better he did recommend that i repeat the treatment again on the weekend….. just to be sure
Now with valves....March 19, 2015 at 7:14 pm #255991
I havnt worked for anybody but my self for the last 20 years but when I did ,I would make sure that I used every sick day that was in my award. I would drop it on my employer especially if it was busy to make them realise how valuable I was……… enjoy the rain guys
